Az idén nyolcadik alkalommal megrendezésre kerülő Fresh Fishes kiállítás ismét egy színes, fiatalos és lendületes tártattal várja kedves látogatóit.
A 2015-ban felvett új tagok bemutatkozó kiállításán szinte minden, a FISE által képviselt iparművészeti ággal találkozhatunk: textil, kerámia, porcelán, grafika, valamint fémműves alkotások egyaránt megtalálhatóak lesznek. Az igazán újszerű műveken keresztül megismerhető a fiatal művészgeneráció friss látásmódja.

Megnyitó 2015. január 12-én kedden, 18 órakor.

The exhibition by visual artist Márton Závorszky-Simon and fashion designer Judit Simon focuses on questions of self-awareness, which they seek to answer through their artistic practices with the help of archetypes.
Judit Simon's clothes are inspired by goddesses endowed with ancient personality traits from Greek and Roman mythology, while Závorszky dissects himself in his visual artworks, depicting male archetypes – both artists use plant dyeing and ecoprint techniques to achieve this.

An exhibition titled Double Morphology will open in the gallery of the Young Artists Studio Association, where Péter Lendvai's glass sculptures and Krisztin Yu's illustrations meet in a common, fairy-tale world.

Strange characters and imaginary creatures appear in the works of both artists: the figures taking shape in the glass and the figures coming to life in the drawings reflect on each other and create a playful, story-filled universe. Double Morphology is a dialogue between two different creative languages – where the same fantasy becomes visible in different materials and forms.

18th FRESH FISHES
This year, the season starts again with the debut group exhibition of the newly admitted members in the FISE Gallery. The artists who were admitted during last year's admission process will present themselves to the association's community and the wider public at their first joint exhibition.
The compilation in this case is exciting, as the works of artists from many fields and in many different situations are placed side by side, forming a collaboration open to new dialogue in the gallery space.

The Kisképő solar system is constantly in motion...

It contains newly born stars, planets that have set off on their own orbits, and paths where the gravity of the masters helps the starters. However, they have one thing in common: everyone here has their own material, their own light, and their own path.

The Design Duel 2024 (organized by thes FISE) was a sudden cosmic challenge for them, in which two Kisképő teams also landed in first place. This exhibition is the imprint of this victory and the story of the slowly building creative path they have traveled over the past years. Now, in the FISE Gallery, they show together what worlds have been shaped under their hands. The details of the surfaces of the exhibited objects are revealed like the secret landscapes of distant planets: delicate reliefs, imprints, gestures.

On December 9, these planets will meet in a special star position, and all visitors are invited to a short journey into the special universe of the Small School.

Creative art is a vocation. Creation is a complex process, which is always at least as unique as the object itself. The path that the artist travels during the work—filled with love and struggle, sometimes weary and doubtful, but always hopeful—is one of faith in art and humanity, leading to the creation of something lasting. This summer, the Studio Young Artists' Association (FISE) held an exhibition entitled Outcomes of Hope in the magnificent corridors of the Falconeri Palace at the Academy of Rome, joining Pope Francis's “Pilgrimage of Hope,” the public can view works of applied art that are the valuable results of a creative process imbued with hope. FISE prepared a special version of its successful exhibition for Budapest Design Week.

The exhibition can be viewed between October 15 and 24, 2025, during the gallery's opening hours.

Outcomes of Hope - Fise Exhibition in Rome

On June 5, at 8 pm, as a result of a long and careful organizing work, our large-scale exhibition will open at the Hungarian Academy in Rome. The Outcomes of Hope exhibition is based on the FISE contemporary collection, which is accompanied by a number of internationally recognized design work. We can see works by a total of 67 industrialists from every genre of design.

The profession of creative art. The creation is a complex process that is at least as unique as the object itself. The path that the artist goes through during work is filled with love and struggle, sometimes tired, in doubt, but always hopeful - with faith in art and humanity and creates a lasting one. Pár szó az Egyesületről:
A FISE független szakmai szervezet 43 éve segíti az iparművészek pályáját: kiállítási lehetőség biztosításával, folyamatos tájékoztatással, érdekképviselettel. A tagság 10 szakma szerint szakosztályba tagolódik, az egyesületet választott vezetőség irányítja. A FISE irodája, 4 műterme, Mátranováki Alkotóháza mellett, Budapest szívében a Kálmán Imre utcában működtet egy galériát is. Itt háromhetente rendezünk kiállításokat, ahol a tagok bemutatkozhatnak a szakmai és a tágabb közönségnek. Időnként külföldi meghívásoknak is eleget teszünk, tanulmányutakat szervezünk. Arthropod Elements - Exhibition of the 2024 Kozma Lajos Crafts and Applied Arts Scholarship Recipients

Organizers: Petőfi Cultural Agency and the Studio of Young Designer's Association.

The Kozma Lajos Crafts and Applied Arts Scholarship was established by the Hungarian government in 1987 with the aim of supporting the career start, creative work and artistic development of talented crafts and applied artists under the age of 35 who are engaged in independent artistic activity.
The main source of inspiration for this year's scholarship recipients is nature, the details of which they transform into various design objects in a captivating way. The concept of the Tasted Elements exhibition highlights how designers who think about object culture are able to recreate creative-complex systems from divided or articulated units found in nature and geometric structures. The costumes, jewelry, clothing accessories, ceramics, and furniture elements shown in the exhibition testify to the new dimensions of possibilities hidden in details.
