With the artworks in the exhibition titled DIMENSIONS, ceramic artist Bernadett Kiss researches and proves the interaction of materials and ideas, the organic connection between the past and the future. Her works are characterized by the absorption of lessons from the Far East, the harmonious connection between applied arts and fine arts. The colorfulness of the wood-fired ceramic cups renews traditions, and images of the future are drawn on the translucent lithophane porcelain sheets. The cat paw cups embody the combination of useful and lovely qualities. In the hope of the ever-expanding "dimensions" of the future, Bernadett Kiss asks for and welcomes the knowledgeable, friendly opinions of the visitors of the FISE Gallery.
