The Fruits of Quarantine Facebook Group was formed on March 18, 2020 with the goal of resolving the existential anxiety caused by the pandemic to form a creative arts community for the duration of the curfew that would professionally support each other. The mission of the group is that two months after the expiration of the curfew, members will create new products and / or creations that will help designers / creators stay in the field of design and applied arts.
The owner of the idea, designer Daniella Koós, invited to the Facebook group active designers and artists, mostly with their own brand. The community has grown organically over time, with more and more designers coming up with group members ’recommendations wishing to come up with a professional forum.
From the very beginning, the goal was to present the fresh works at an exhibition, the date of which is Budapest Design Week, the venue of which is the FISE Gallery!
The exhibition is supported by the NKA.
