The chimera seeks the boundaries not only of biological beings, but also of identity, and expresses the desire for transformation. In the works, hand movements and bird symbolism are combined as a means of gesticulation. Overt or unnoticed forms of non-verbal communication, unconscious reactions of our feelings. The half-bird, half-human creatures refer to the blurring of the boundaries of body and soul, providing an artistic language that encompasses not only the physical, but also the spiritual and emotional aspects of existence.
